Who is Heather Black?

Heather Black is a Navy veteran and an indie author that writes romance novels whenever she’s not taking care of homeschooling the kids. She was given the strength to publish her first book by support of her loving husband and her mother-in-law. In every story, there is a little of her own personal experiences or personality. Currently, she has self-published twelve books, with the next one coming out soon.

She started out writing in military romance, but isn’t limited to that genre only. She is also working on other works in genres such as paranormal romance, and is willing to take a stab at just about any genre in romance except for the darker romances. However, some of her books do hint at the darker side of life itself. There is never a dark element in the relationship, it’s usually a character is surviving or coping with things that happened in their own past.

So, Here’s your first little tidbit about my up and coming next book. It’s called Violet’s Tangled Web, and it’s an age gap love story between Violet and Rafi, the FBI agent that comes to help her track down a man that is trying to scam her over the internet. Violet gets to feeling that she can’t trust anyone, even Rafi, and runs back to what is familiar, only she runs into more trouble and has to reach out to Rafi for help. Can Rafi prove he has fallen for her or will a simple mistake spoken to correct someone about his position of her protector ruin his chances of true love with a woman?

It’s been a while since I posted here, but a lot has happened. So, let me catch you up. I’m now up to thirteen books released with my latest being Viper. Yesterday I got to write those favorite words on book 14, Ace. I haven’t got a release date yet, but it is in the works. In other news, I had to change my store due to the site I was using no longer promoting stores. Oh well, I managed to transfer everything over to a shopify store. And to top everything off now on the shopify store you can now get both the paperbacks and the ebooks directly from me. Well that’s about all from here for now. Check back later for more updates.
